Clive worked as a Dive Instructor in Malta for 3 years before moving to Grand Cayman & Red Sail Sports in 1998. Since then he has made Cayman his home and worked through the ranks from Dive Instructor – to boat Captain – to the Boss! Even though he has been in the dive industry for over 25 years Clive still loves to get wet!

As a Brazilian, his love for football is natural. In a previous life, he served in the Brazilian Air Force and graduated as an electrical engineer. After five years working with fiber optics, he moved to the Caribbean to follow his passion for teaching people to dive. He finds far more beauty underwater than with wires.
